Tully Family Practice is a full GP service providing accessible and excellent quality healthcare to
patients of all ages in the local community, from newborn to elderly. We ensure that equal care is
provided for medical card and private patients alike.
Tully Family Practice is a teaching practice affiliated with UCD Faculty Of Medicine and UCD/Dublin Mid-Leinster GP Training Scheme.

How we are operating - update Winter/Spring 2024:
As per HSE advice, masks are no longer required in health care settings unless you have cough/cold/fever/respiratory symptoms, in which case we kindly ask that a mask is worn to protect other patients. If you are coming to the surgery with fever/cough/cold/sinus symptoms, please do an antigen test in advance, and advise reception if you are positive. We have additional seating to segregate patients where necessary. We thank you for your patience.

This form can be used to order up to 10 regular prescription medications. If you have more than 10 regular meds, please contact reception.
For private repeat prescriptions, a Payment Link will be sent to your phone for prepayment of prescriptions.
